SMS Terms & Conditions

Sultani Leads may send SMS/text messages to users who have provided the applicable consent through our quote request form. These Terms & Conditions describe how our SMS/text messaging program works, the types of messages you may receive, and how to opt out.

We offer two separate consent options on our quote request form, and they operate independently:

• Marketing messages — promotional messages about services, packages, offers, and similar marketing communications. Marketing messages are only sent to users who have provided marketing SMS consent by checking the applicable box.
• Non-marketing/transactional messages — messages about your order updates, appointment reminders, service updates, confirmations, and similar communications. These may be sent when you have provided the applicable non-marketing SMS consent.

Checking one consent box does not check the other. Providing your phone number alone does not subscribe you to any messages.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and it is not a condition of requesting a quote. You may request a quote and receive a response without consenting to marketing messages.

You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number on our quote request form and actively checking the applicable consent box or boxes. Each consent is recorded separately. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency may vary. You may receive several messages during the quoting and scheduling process, and, if you consent to marketing messages, occasional promotional messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you receive from us, according to your mobile carrier plan. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. To opt back in, submit a new quote request with the marketing consent box checked.

Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily prevent permitted non-marketing/transactional communications where those communications are necessary or otherwise applicable, such as appointment confirmations or service updates related to a request you have already submitted.

Our SMS program is intended for delivery to mobile phone numbers in the United States. We do not knowingly send messages to landline numbers. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Confirmation that we received your quote request
• Follow-up questions about your vehicle and service needs
• Quote details and package recommendations
• Appointment scheduling and reminders coordinated with our installation partner
• Service updates, confirmations, and related transactional messages
• If you have provided marketing consent, occasional promotional messages about services and offers

Your mobile number and the information you submit are handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information, mobile phone numbers, or SMS/text messaging consent information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
